I know the disadvantages of small companies doing online shopping but I can`t seem to find any disadvantages for a large organisation e.g. Wal-mart,Tesco etc.
Maybe customers worried about security? but thats all I can think of.
In addition, the question is disadvantages for the COMPANY not customers.

When Shoping online you don’t always know exactly what you’re getting. There will also be a much more limited warenty so if you don’t get what you want, you can’t do much about it.
