What is your guarantee?
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. You are extremely important to us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our promise is to make prompt delivery of your order and ensure arrives in in good condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Instant transfer from a bank account, or Echeck on online orders. All payments are processed through Paypal. If you haven't used Paypal before, it is VERY easy! It works as any traditional shopping cart and you don't need to have a Paypal account or acquire one to shop with us. Paypal utilizes the SSL protocol, featuring the highest level of security commercially available. Your private information is also secure, as their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not connected to the internet.
We also accept postal money orders and certified checks on postal maied orders with our printed mail form.

Do you make the products?
No, we don't. We purchase all of our products from only the best manufacturers, distributors and crafters we can locate. We travel the country and sometimes the world seeking out the best, from the island natives to our local entrepreneurs. We choose to only work withones who offer the highest quality items with affordable prices, passing this savings on to you.

What shipping method do you use?
We packages each order securely typicaly in bubble wrap envelopes for one or two items. We use boxes for larger orders. In this way they are protected until they arrive at your door. Items are sent via USPS Mail and we add tracking on each package or large shipments may be sent via parcel post at our discretion. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in our shopping cart.
We currently ship to all United States but DO NOT ship outside the country.

How will I know when my order ships?
We will send an email when your order ships to let you know your package is on it's way. You will also receive an email from Paypal which contains your order information and tracking number. Paypal will automatically send your tracking information to the email address associated with your Paypal account so be sure to look for it there.

How soon will I recieve my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Obviously postal mailed orders will be somewhat slower than online orders due to the delay in mail delivery to us of the order.

What is your refund policy?
For obvious reasons VINTAGE HANBAGS are not returnable. They are ONE-OF-A-KIND-FINDS in GREAT CONDITION!
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility. In the rare event you should recieve a piece with a manufacture's or crafter's flaw which you determine unacceptable, please contact us immediately for a return authorization number before wearing the item. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Hold the item for your return authorization number and print it clearly on the box or package as well as the internal invoice. We will issue an exchange or store credit subject to the terms of our policies. Please note: Health regulations stipulate that certain items such as earrings that are soiled, worn, or damaged are considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not remove tags. Items without original tags, or in original packaging will not be accepted. . Refunds/exchanges are for merchandise purchased from our store only, shipping fees are spent when order ships and therefore are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and for ensuring that the product arrives in returnable condition within 30 days of the day of receipt. You must ship using a carrier that provides tracking or confirmation of receipt.
Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you do not have your packing slip. If you would like to make an exchange, please specify the desired item on the enclosed packing slip.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Since we batch process returns, they can take up to three weeks to process.

Do you have all the merchandise in stock?
We have 90% of the advertised merchandise in stock. It is very difficult to guage what will sell and how much will sell at any particular time. Therefore, we do our best to keep the appropriate amount of inventory without overinvesting. In this way, we are able to keep our prices to you down. On rare occasions an item suddenly sells out quickly before we are able to update our site. In the event you should order an item(s) that has become unavailable, we will notify you via email giving you the option of substituting another similar item or taking a refund of your purchase price. The remainder of your order will be shipped. Shipping costs will also be refunded or adjusted for item not included in your shipment.
